Hello & welcome, I’m Nicola, born and bred in the land of the long white cloud, wife of Trent, mother of two beautiful boys Baden & Johnny, practitioner, healer and lover of nature. Everyone has a unique purpose in life. It is my belief that we all possess gifts that are a reflection of our true essence and purpose, and for me it is undoubtedly the path of health and healing.

Prior to embarking on my career as a practitioner, I had dedicated 20 years of my life to the corporate world. What came after were significant life changes, synchronocities and connections that have continued to shape my journey and growth as a human, practitioner and healer. It is certainly undeniable when the Universe is committed to steering you onto the path of your life purpose.

Not surprisingly, I did not find the corporate industry very fulfilling. However it did prepare me for my true passion, and allowed me to draw on my acquired business skills to build and coordinate two successful multidisciplinary clinics in NSW & QLD, in addition to establishing my personal practices.

In my very early years as a practitioner I developed a keen interest in the nervous system and the body’s profound innate ability to self heal. Through personal and client experiences, emerged a strong awareness that the body is far more complex than what we are taught to perceive as just physical ailments. This led me to explore other techniques for a deeper understanding of the connection between trauma, other stressors, and the effect it has on our nervous system, physical and energetic bodies.

Bowen Therapy and Spinal Flow were the catalysts that brought me to the successful practice I have today, however I bring a unique combination of several different Clinical, Holistic, Energy and Scientific techniques into my sessions. I work intuitively to harness your body’s own intelligence to bring about optimal restoration that is just as unique in your individual situation, body, mind and spirit.

As I reflect on my journey as a healer and practitioner I feel so much gratitude that I have found a way to harness all of my skills, gifts and experiences. The Innate Holistic Healing design was created as a representation of all that I am and strive to achieve with my clients. It flows from the spiral essence of my vision for a service that is filled and fuelled by an innate connection.

We ALL retain the potential for BETTER HEALTH, and we owe it to ourselves and our loved ones to find it again so that we can FLOURISH throughout LIFE. I open a space for people to be able to rediscover and reconnect to their own INNATE HEALING abilities on a physical, spiritual and mental level. There is nothing that excites me more than to bring positive change, EASE and FLOW into people’s lives and BODIES, and would be honoured to share my vision in healing with you.
